Badger3 System Introduction Functionality   Patient Details   Patient Notes   Derived Data   Charting   Patient Reports   Clinical Knowledge Manager		Badger3 System: General Patient Details The General Patient Details module allows the user to enter any patient data item that occurs only once for each patient. For example, the patients name and demographic details along with details of family members etc. Each input form contains a set of data items that require user input. The contents and structure of each form is completely defined by each site to meet their local needs and can be easily changed at any time by the system administrator on site. Along with the standard input types (characters, number, date, time etc.) there is a special Badger Pick List input-type. This allows multiple selections (where required) of pick-list items specially suited to many specific clinical data items such as "Drugs Given". The data generated from these forms is referred to in the Badger System as "Static Data" i.e. they occur only once. There is also the ability to exchange sibling data items for multiple birth deliveries. The system administrator defines a sub-set or set of static data items that are common for siblings, and the Badger System provides the 'front-end' functionality for their exchange.
